We specialize in providing the best possible care to your loved one with our unique caregiver matching. That is, we match our caregivers skill set to your loved ones needs.

We design an oversight program, as part of the plan of care, so as to meet changing needs on an ongoing basis. That is, we do bi-monthly Supervisory Visits to ensure your loved one is getting the care they need.

We can provide anywhere from 2 to 24 hour a day care. We accept most long term care insurance. We also accept most major credit cards for easy payment.

Our Caregivers

  • Our caregivers receive over 20 hours of orientation to include First Aid, CPR.
  • Our caregivers go through all the required background check requirements to include the required 6 webchecks, BCI & FBI,  as well as personal reference checks.
  • Many of our caregivers have experience with either elder care services or services for adults and children with various intellectual and other disabilities
  • Our caregivers are bonded and insured so you have peace of mind.

John Bushby


I started ComCare Home Care Services because I understand the need that people face in trying to find the right care for themselves or their loved one, especially when it comes to adults and children with various intellectual and other developmental disabilities. I too have a disability and so I understand the challenges that our clients face and the barriers that they have to overcome to be a part of their communities.

I started my career back in 1991, working in a local group home while attending Mount Vernon Nazarene College. As I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology, I also volunteered at Camp Echoing Hills through a campus ministry program called Echoing Hills. Through the years, I have been a caregiver, a home manager, a QMRP and a director of a private duty home care serving both elderly clients and adults and children with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. Working with this population has not only been my life's work but also my passion.

Mary Beth Ludholtz

I am a Registered Nurse who was born, raised and educated in Newark, Ohio...

I recently returned to my passion of home health nursing. After an extensive search, I was pleased to find a company that is not only compassionate and caring, but one that is truly committed to assisting individuals in our community with their health care and every day needs so that these individuals can safely remain in their homes.
I have extensive experience in caring for individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities in the home health setting via various Medicaid Waiver Programs, Medicare, Private Insurance and Private Payment agreements.

Additional experience includes medical-surgical, rehabilitation and psychiatric nursing.

Positions held have included direct care, supervisory and management positions, quality improvement activities, and managed care.

Stephen Dean

Program Specialist

My name is Stephen Dean and I have been with ComCare for nearly two years now. I started off as a care provider here, while I worked on my Psychology degree from the College of Arts & Sciences at The Ohio State University. During my time in this role, I was exposed to the great passion that our other office and field staff here have about their work, as well as their commitment to providing compassionate care and positive change to our clients and their community. After I graduated with my degree in May 2016, I took the position of Program Specialist here in the office. I look forward to adding my own two cents to the change that we are instilling into the care industry here in Central Ohio and continuing to work with the great team that we have assembled here.

Ashley Olivarez

Office Manager

My name is Ashley, I have been in the DD field for 13 years. I started as a caregiver, then I was brought into the office at Homewatch CareGivers as their Office Manager in 2006. I became the Office Manager for ComCare Home Care Services in April of 2015. What I love most about my job is seeing the smiles on our clients and their families' faces when they see us and their staff. I enjoy working here due to the flexible hours and the positive office atmosphere but most importantly, we all pitch in to meet our client's needs when we need to.

Adam Peck

Community Liaison

My name is Adam Peck. I have been in the DD field since April of 2008. I studied Human Services at C.O.T.C. from 2009-2012. I am the Community Liaison for ComCare Home Care Services. I have been with ComCare since October of 2015. I have worked for multiple DD agencies and ComCare surpasses them all. ComCare stands for what is right. We treat our clients and staff with dignity and respect. We also have the best office staff that provides a fun work atmosphere for all. These reasons plus many more are why I continue to work with ComCare Home Care Services.

Amanda Wright


I have been working in the medical field since 1992. I have worked as an STNA, Medical Assistance and a Home Health Aide throughout the years. I have enjoyed the challenges and the awards that each one of these positions has given me.

I started working with ComCare Home Care Services in 2015 as an HHA. I now hold the position of the Receptionist/HR Coordinator. I love that I have got the joy to watch this company grow from the start and seeing it continue to grow daily.
